An experienced sales and marketing professional, Emma has worked in marketing for over ten years, specialising in digital in the last 4 years. Emma’s focused attitude builds relationships and ultimately ensures our clients get results, she works tirelessly with some of WMG’s key accounts.

LOGICAL, ADAPTABLE AND IMAGINATIVE, TOM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING CLIENT PAID SEARCH STRATEGIES.

Tom has been flying the flag for the digital landscape since the tender age of 12 when he learnt HTML and developed his first website. With an insatiable taste for all thing’s digital, Tom launched his own online skincare brand at just 23 and later, during his time contracted to Google, gained a thorough understanding of digital marketing that led him to specialise in paid search.

Today, WMG benefits from Tom’s extensive experience, his passion for exploring new networks and interest in display advertising and remarketing – all of which fuel KPI hitting paid strategies for our valued clients.

Emma’s experience is diverse and impressive in equal measure. In a career spanning more than 16 years, not only has she worked for national publications Marie Claire and The Guardian, freelanced for The Daily Telegraph, Mail on Sunday and Stylist, but she was also the Editor for ASOS’ in-house magazine.

Since making the move back up North, Emma has put her journalistic prowess and passion for storytelling into working with leading brands including ghd, M&S, Morphy Richards, Bio-Oil, Fox’s and AA Cars. Today, her expertise is channelled into branded content and social media, working with our clients to build bespoke content and social media strategies and deliver compelling and relevant copywriting.

The proud ‘owner’ of a varied CV, Mick holds a law degree, dabbled as a doorman, enjoyed a year on the road after laughs as a stand-up comic, and even gave professional fighting a go! Realising he was terrible at all those things, eventually he found his niche within digital and PR!

By the age of 23, Mick was Head of Marketing for the country’s leading cosmetic surgery chain before switching agency-side, joining one of the UK’s largest agency Groups. Starting his agency career as a Strategist, Mick quickly took over Earned Media operations, and later, their PR agency.

A unique blend of creativity and strategy, Mick heads up our Studio, harnessing the creativity with his team and leading complex integrated digital strategies. Mick has an impressive portfolio of award-winning campaigns to his name having worked with many of the UK’s biggest brands.

Tom not only has extensive digital experience, he’s a unique blend of business understanding and digital know-how. Having setup an eCommerce business at just 17 years old, his exposure to all aspects of business, both agency and client-side, underpins his digital skills with knowledge that achieves results for our clients.

Always up to date with the latest developments in web and UX, Tom’s in-depth technical understanding combined with his logical, organised approach sees him work closely with clients, introducing CRO solutions, developing strategy and managing campaigns. Testing for optimisations and regularly collaborating with other digital channels, Tom efforts positively impact all digital activity.

Holding an impressive list of professional certifications to his name, there’s much more to Matt’s expertise. Working in digital for more than 8-years, Matt built his digital pedigree working in-house for a global eCommerce retailer before specialising in paid media and making the move to agency life. Excelling in the delivery of outstanding results for clients, Matt’s steadfast appreciation of real-world of business is evident in his strategic yet highly tactical approach to campaign creation.

Tasked with keeping one eye on the digital landscape at all times, James monitors industry trends to ensure WMG remains on the cusp of digital innovation. Leveraging upon 10 years’ experience with PHP and MySQL, James develops new tools and processes for our Technical SEO and wider teams, seeking increased efficiencies to benefit clients.

His aptitude to learn has seen James gain an in-depth understanding of SEO, quickly rising through the ranks having first joined WMG as a Technical Analyst. Today, James is a fount of knowledge within our SEO team and continues to work with some of our largest clients.

Having ran his own agency for six years prior to joining WMG, Mark’s commercial aptitude is unrivaled by many. His digital career spans more than 12 years with time spent within web development and branding, working with clients such as Leeds City Council and EDF Energy.

Quick to identify what makes a business tick, their market opportunity and, just as importantly, their challenges, Mark’s depth of understanding and logical thinking drives digital strategies for our larger clients. A team player, it’s not only clients who benefit from his wealth of experience, Mark’s also works closely with our Account Managers to develop, mentor and support them as they build their digital careers.
