During her 9 years with WMG, Emma has worked her way up from New Business to Head of Client Services and was a founding team member, central to the development of our Client Services function. Her passion and professionalism ensure unwavering service for our much-valued clients. Manager, mentor and all-round support for a growing and accomplished Account Management team, today Emma’s wealth of experience benefits all who work with her.
Tom Walkden

LOGICAL, ADAPTABLE AND IMAGINATIVE, TOM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING CLIENT PAID SEARCH STRATEGIES. Tom has been flying the flag for the digital landscape since the tender age of 12 when he learnt HTML and developed his first website. With an insatiable taste for all thing’s digital, Tom launched his own online skincare brand at just 23 and later, during his time contracted to Google, gained a thorough understanding of digital marketing that led him to specialise in paid search. Today, WMG benefits from Tom’s extensive experience, his passion for exploring new networks and interest in display advertising and remarketing – all of which fuel KPI hitting paid strategies for our valued clients.

ARTICULATE, PROVEN AND BRILLIANT, EMMA IS OUR RESIDENT BRANDED CONTENT AND SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERT. Emma’s experience is diverse and impressive in equal measure. In a career spanning more than 16 years, not only has she worked for national publications Marie Claire and The Guardian, freelanced for The Daily Telegraph, Mail on Sunday and Stylist, but she was also the Editor for ASOS’ in-house magazine. Since making the move back up North, Emma has put her journalistic prowess and passion for storytelling into working with leading brands including ghd, M&S, Morphy Richards, Bio-Oil, Fox’s and AA Cars. Today, her expertise is channelled into branded content and social media, working with our clients to build bespoke content and social media strategies and deliver compelling and relevant copywriting.

COMMITTED, DRIVEN AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, CHRIS IS BRIMMING WITH TECHNICAL KNOW-HOW.  With over a decade of experience in technical SEO, Chris first joined us as an Analyst and today heads up Technical SEO for WMG. Responsible for a growing team of technical SEO specialists, Chris is a master of communication, supporting the development of his expert team. A font of technical knowledge, Chris also continues to run client campaigns, helping to direct and develop large accounts.

Tasked with keeping one eye on the digital landscape at all times, James monitors industry trends to ensure WMG remains on the cusp of digital innovation. Leveraging upon 10 years’ experience with PHP and MySQL, James develops new tools and processes for our Technical SEO and wider teams, seeking increased efficiencies to benefit clients. His aptitude to learn has seen James gain an in-depth understanding of SEO, quickly rising through the ranks having first joined WMG as a Technical Analyst. Today, James is a fount of knowledge within our SEO team and continues to work with some of our largest clients.

As a Key Account Director, Lauren drives the creation of effective strategies for a number of our largest clients. Building knowledgeable partnerships, she works with them to meet objectives, deliver key insights and discover new opportunities. Supporting a number of Account Managers within our Client Services team, Lauren draws upon her 12 years’ experience to ensure happy clients and the highest level of services are maintained. Adept in working across a range of clients and industries including travel, fashion and even construction, today, Lauren leverages her knowledge to create digital strategies that are as unique as each client’s requirements.
